This fact sheet provides an overview of Kansas Strong's KanCoach coaching program. Coaching is a strategy spreading across child welfare agencies nationally as a key component of supervision with frontline staff. KanCoach supports and strengthens coaching skills of supervisors so they can integrate more coaching strategies into supervision with staff.
