Biography —
Sharilyn Renee Ray is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW). Ray has Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work from Wichita State University.
Ray is founder and CEO of Restoration Family Services, a non-profit organization focused on helping families and children and holistic healing.
Ray has previously worked as a leader of a foster care program, a supervisor in child welfare, and as an adoption case manager.

DSW Capstone Project
Capstone project title: Mandated Supporting: Training for Change
Capstone project description: Mandated Supporting Before Reporting is a training curriculum for mandated reporters. The curriculum focuses on recognizing and understanding implicit biases to reduce them. The curriculum aims to reduce the number of unnecessary calls to child protective services, which results in disproportionate separation of families in poverty and of color.
