Biography

Kaila Anderson, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Missouri State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Kansas.

Anderson currently is the Founder of The LandLogic Model, a culturally tailored behavioral health model designed for the agricultural population. Through her company, LandLogic, LLC, she develops training content and provides workshops for behavioral health professionals, medical providers, and crisis responders. Her ongoing research, in collaboration with Colorado State University, advances rural and agricultural perspectives in behavioral health practice. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Fort Hays State University.

Previously, Anderson worked as an outpatient behavioral health provider across western Kansas.
