Emily Sim

Emily Sim is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She has a bachelor's degree in cognitive science from the University of California, Merced and a Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas.

Sim currently works as a school social worker in the Kansas City Kansas Public Schools system. In that role, Sim works in the school setting as a mental health practitioner, focusing on restorative justice practices and helping students and families.

Sim previously worked at the Kansas Department for Children and Families as a child protective worker. She also has experience in non-profit and residential settings.
