She speaks about why she felt drawn to the macro field and how it has helped her career today. Kelly Harrington, MSW 2016 Harrington is senior research manager for Boston Indicators, and previously worked with the HEALing Communities Study in Massachusetts. Jennifer Adhima, MSW 2020 Adhima is the chief program officer at Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative. Her time with macro social workers at KU helped her solidify her choice with specializing in macro social work. Ashley Williamson, MSW 2017 Williamson is co-executive director of The Giving Grove.
