Biography —

Kelly has 30 years of experience working in child welfare, domestic violence victim advocacy, and batterer's intervention. Kelly's research areas of interest are in child welfare. Specifically, the impact of heteronormative policies on LGBTQIA+ youth and parents involved in foster care as well as the child welfare response to intimate partner violence.
