Note: Social Work Day Moving to Virtual Conference
Due to COVID-19, we have made the decision not to hold an in-person event on 4/17/20, but rather, hold a virtual conference for Social Work Day. We will still hold 6 CEUs of sessions using Blackboard online. (More information and instructions will be forthcoming to those that register.)
If you still need to register, you may still do so at the link below. The price is now $30 for all 6 CEUs. If you had already registered at the original price you should have gotten an email from us with more information about your choices. If earning CEUs are not relevant to you, all sessions will be available on our website in the days after the event. Thank you for your understanding.
The Premier Professional Development Event of 2020!
As social workers, the Strengths Perspective has informed much of what we do every day. Social Work Day 2020 is about honoring the history of the Strengths Perspective while looking at how we currently use strengths with clients and how we can be even more effective. Geared toward both social workers in the field and academics, this conference will feature talks from experts from across the United States, in addition to an international speaker who will relay to us how the strengths perspective has been achieved abroad.
We hope you will join us! Find more information about registration and the conference below.
